Family-Centered Model of Care

 

   Each family undergoes an initial assessment to determine the most appropriate services.  Our highly qualified and extensively trained caregivers are matched to clients and regularly supervised.  Daily activity and care giving notes are provided for the families to keep informed of their loved one’s mental and physical condition.
